QikFlow is our adaptive decision engine. Where legally permitted, it uses frictionless facial age estimation to verify users in seconds without requiring an ID. If the system's confidence is low, or if local laws mandate strict compliance, QikFlow seamlessly escalates the user to a full ID scan paired with either an Active Selfie Challenge or full Video Liveness (if enabled on your Business or Scale plan).

While we provide automatic default settings based on current regulations, you have complete authority to override them via your Geo Policy controls. You can set specific regions to be completely blocked, allow frictionless passthrough, or strictly require ID verification. Based on your exact rules, the QikFlow engine will trigger the appropriate level of verification.
Yes. Depending on your subscription tier, you can secure multiple domains and subdomains from a single dashboard. Even better, all of your connected sites pool from the same monthly included verifications, making it incredibly easy and cost-effective to manage a network of sites.
Our Free Gate feature allows you to automatically geo-block users coming from regions that legally require strict age verification. This keeps you compliant instantly without having to implement full verification yet. If you decide to upgrade to full identity proofing later, you can do so at any time without needing to change your code.
Security & Privacy
Absolutely not. We operate on a strict Zero-Retention policy. Images of IDs and biometric selfies are securely transferred, verified, and immediately destroyed the millisecond the verification finishes.
Included on all paid plans, the Active Selfie Challenge is a quick, frictionless way to confirm a real person is behind the screen. The user takes a straight-faced, neutral photo followed by a randomly requested quick action (like a smile or head movement). It prevents basic spoofing attempts without slowing down the user.
For platforms requiring the absolute highest level of security against advanced synthetic media and deepfakes, we offer full Video Liveness checks. This rigorous verification mode can be optionally enabled on our Business and Scale plans.
Yes. We provide secure, metadata-only audit logs for every verification attempt. These logs record the event, timestamp, location, attempt ID, and whether the user passed or failed. Because of our zero-retention policy, no sensitive user data or ID images are ever exposed or retained in these logs.
Billing & Pricing
Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial on our Pro tiers and higher. You can integrate the platform, customize your modal, and test the verification flow on your live site before you are ever charged.
Yes. Any completed verification attempt—whether the user ultimately passes or fails the age requirement—consumes AI and processing resources and counts as a verification. However, you are never billed for incomplete sessions (like a user closing the modal halfway through) or internal system errors.
Your plan renews on your subscription billing date. Included verifications reset each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month.
If your pooled volume exceeds your included monthly limits, any additional verifications are simply billed at your plan's flat pay-as-you-go rate. There are no service interruptions or surprise tier upgrades.
Pay-as-you-go charges typically appear on your next renewal invoice, though they may be billed sooner mid-cycle to prevent unusually large invoices. We always send usage alerts as you approach and exceed your included amount so you are never surprised.
