These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “Customer”) and Imprizza (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of QikChek.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Our service enables websites and platforms (“Platforms”) to verify whether users meet applicable age requirements.
We process verification data and return a result (such as pass/fail or a verification token). We do not operate or control the Platforms using our Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- The information you provide is accurate and truthful
- You are authorized to use any identification submitted
4. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate verification systems
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
We reserve the right to deny or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms.
5. Our Relationship with Platforms
We act solely as a verification service provider.
- We do not control, operate, or endorse any Platform
- We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any Platform
- Any interaction between you and a Platform is solely between you and that Platform
6. Privacy and Data Handling
We operate a privacy-first service and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not retain personal identity data after verification is complete
- We do not return personal information to Platforms
- Only verification results (e.g., pass/fail or token) are shared
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Dependencies
We may rely on third-party infrastructure and services to operate. We are not responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party services beyond our control.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy of verification results
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Fitness for a particular purpose
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet all legal or regulatory requirements applicable to your specific use case.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service (if any) in the preceding 12 months
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of data
- Regulatory penalties
- Business interruption
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imprizza LLC, and our officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations
11. Compliance Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- We provide tools to support compliance but do not guarantee legal compliance for any specific jurisdiction
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Suspected fraud or abuse
- Legal or regulatory requirements
13. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Waiver of Class Actions
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Nevada. You agree:
- To waive the right to a jury trial
- To waive participation in class actions or class arbitration
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
